To qualify for a refund:

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at customerservice@thechosenballers.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide instructions and a return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  3. Ship Item: Securely package and ship the item using a trackable method.

  4. Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless defective or damaged on arrival):

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Shipping Costs

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
